3090 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3090 platform on this website, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 3090 platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 3090 platform ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.

Failure to provide the requested documents may result in restrictions being placed on your account or withdrawal operations being put on hold.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We recommend that you:

Use a strong, unique password for your 3090 account.
Never share your login credentials with anyone.
Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
Notify the platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3090 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account information secure.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the 3090 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to refrain from engaging in any of the following activities:

Using the platform for any purpose that is illegal or unlawful in Malaysia.
Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or exploit the platform unfairly.
Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another party.
Engaging in money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity through the platform.
Impersonating another individual or entity while using the platform.

3090 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding related balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Users are also responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable in their place of residence. The 3090 platform does not provide legal advice regarding the status of online betting in any particular jurisdiction.

4. Payment Information and Transactions

All financial transactions on the 3090 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other payment options available at the time.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. 3090 will not be held liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the user.

Regarding fund withdrawals:

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
The platform reserves the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and the platform's internal verification procedures.
3090 reserves the right to hold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of these terms.

All bonuses, free credits, and promotions are subject to specific terms of use that will be stated at the time of issuance. Bonus value cannot be directly converted to cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law

Account Suspension and Closure

3090 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious financial activity, or at the request of a competent authority. In the event of account closure due to a confirmed breach, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation and a final determination by the platform.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the platform's support team. Account closures requested by the user will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and any eligible balance has been returned in accordance with the established procedures.

Changes to These Terms

3090 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
